Are my images uploaded?
No. LiteImage processes selected images in your browser. The image files are not sent to LiteImage's server.
Which image formats are supported?
You can add JPG, PNG and WebP images. You can export as WebP, JPEG or PNG, depending on browser support.
Will compression reduce image quality?
It can. Lower quality settings generally produce smaller files, while higher settings preserve more visual detail. You can adjust the setting and compare the resulting file size.
What happens to the original image?
Your original file is not changed. LiteImage creates a separate compressed file for you to download.

Privacy Policy
LiteImage is designed to process images locally in your browser. Image files selected for compression are not uploaded to LiteImage's server.
1. About this policy
This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit LiteImage and use its image-compression features.
2. Images and files
Image files you select are processed by your browser using local browser features. LiteImage does not receive or store the image files, their contents, or the compressed output. The original files on your device are not modified. Compressed copies are created for you to download.
3. Website requests
When you visit the website, the hosting provider may process standard technical request information, such as network and browser details, to deliver and protect the service. The website also requests font files from Google Fonts when those fonts are available. LiteImage does not use the image files you select for analytics or advertising.
4. Browser storage
LiteImage does not require an account and does not intentionally save your selected images or compression settings to a server. Temporary browser memory and object URLs may be used while the page is open to preview and download results. Closing the page ends the current session's in-page work.
5. Service providers
LiteImage is hosted using Cloudflare. The website may request typography resources from Google Fonts. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices as needed to deliver their services.
6. Sharing
LiteImage does not sell personal information or share your image files with third parties because image files are processed locally in your browser. We may disclose limited technical information if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service.
7. Security and your choices
Keeping image processing in your browser means your selected image files are not sent to LiteImage. Keep your device and browser secure, and use the download controls to save output files where you choose. No website or device can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Children and accounts
LiteImage does not require an account, ask for a profile, or intentionally collect information about children. If you have a question about information processed by the hosting provider, contact the website operator through the available service channel.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated as LiteImage changes. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
